Capgemini SE filed today its 2018 Registration Document (“Document de référence”) with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
This Registration Document is available on the website of the Company
The following documents are included in the Registration Document:
- the 2018 annual financial report,
- the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance and the observations of the auditors thereon, and
- the share buyback program description.
