Ashok Vemuri, CEO of IGATE, leaves Capgemini October 6, 2015 8:00 am (CET)
Paris – Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, today announced that Ashok Vemuri, CEO of IGATE, having successfully contributed to the transition process, leaves in a mutual agreement to pursue other interests outside of Capgemini.

Ashok Vemuri joined US-based IGATE as CEO in September 2013. The acquisition of the company by Capgemini is effective since July 1st, 2015.Paul Hermelin, Chairman and CEO of Capgemini, would like to thank Ashok Vemuri “for his active participation to the acquisition process and for his remarkable energy in the transition phase”.

The integration of IGATE is progressing as planned. With the publication of the third quarter results, the Group will provide an update on its progress and highlights of the future organization, which will be effective on January 1st 2016.

The Group reiterates its outlook for the year, as set in the H1 2015 publication: the Group forecasts 2015 revenue growth of 12%, at current Group structure and exchange rates, an operating margin rate of 10.3%. Organic free cash flow is expected to exceed €600 million.
