Dividend payment policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Group has a long-standing dividend distribution policy that ensures\u00a0a balance between the investments required for its development\u00a0and the distribution of profits to shareholders.<\/p>\n

The payout ratio is approximately 35%. This ratio is defined as:<\/p>\n

Dividend per share \u00d7 outstanding shares at December 31st \/ Net profit (Group share)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Where exceptional items have been recognized, in particular non-cash items, Net profit (Group share) may be restated for these items before applying the payout ratio.<\/p>\n

Dividend for the last fiscal year<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A dividend payment of \u20ac3.40 per share is proposed for fiscal year 2025.<\/p>\n

Based on 169,928,671 shares outstanding at December 31st<\/sup>, 2025, the total Capgemini dividend distribution in respect of fiscal year 2025 would be \u20ac578 million.<\/p>\n

The effective dividend distribution will depend on the number of treasury shares held at the ex-dividend date and any shares issued or cancelled prior to this date.<\/p>\n

The dividend payment schedule to be submitted to the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting for approval would be:
