2019 Shareholders’ Meeting

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Capgemini SE, held on May 23, 2019, at Pavillon Gabriel in Paris, adopted all 17 resolutions that were put to the vote, including the appointment of Ms. Xiaoqun Clever as a member of the Board of Directors and the ratification of the co-optation of Ms. Laura Desmond as a director from January 1, 2019.
